We charge £495 for a Purchase and £197 for a Remortgage.
These both then entitle you to free remortgages for the lifetime of the property.
In certain circumstances our fees may be higher but never more than 1% of the mortgage and you would get confirmation beforehand.
Our fee is due when you have found a property and we fully submit the mortgage to the lender, all initial checks e.g. decision in principles are free of charge
